I have a winging shoulder blade. And a funky hip. And a bad knee. All on my right side. It does not escape me that they are interconnected and compounded by each other.
However, the gravity of the situation has escaped me for a long time. I've been going through the years, never truly considering actively correcting the misalignments, except maybe the quick fix by a chiropractor. But it's not going to work itself out on its own. It'll only get worse as I get older, especially now that I'm more physically active. Or maybe I'm simply noticing it more now I'm active. Either way, I realize I need to work to get my body realigned and to get it to stay that way.
