I need to make a list every morning, if not the night before, of everything I really need to get done.
I'd rather not end up in another day like today where I spent most of it seeing and then got on a do-to high at 9:30 at night. Then again, I have been feeling pretty poorly the past couple of days from the yoga-induced toxin-release overload, so I'm not going to beat myself up over it. It really wasn't until 9:30 tonight that I truly felt up to doing anything else.
Even so, the list need still holds. I can't remember everything needing doing otherwise.
