I typically really don't like group conversations, but seeing it done really well is changing my opinion. There's a balance. No one person should dominate, and the main speaker should draw out other people in the group. It's a delicate dynamic, but when it's in balance, it's a beautiful thing. It also helps that I feel more confident in my ability to speak and communicate now. When all eyes turned to me, I didn't feel like I was on stage. I was just myself talking to several individuals at once. Kind of a breakthrough for me. Huh. (I'm pretty worn out from all the interaction I had today, if it's not obvious haha).
