I decided to practice a bit of yoga last night—well maybe more than a bit. I'm trying to get more exercise now, but I forgot how many toxins are released into my body when I workout. When I push myself too much, more toxins are released than my body can handle, and I feel horrible afterwards. Today, I'm really feeling the effects of pushing myself last night.
The two things I need to remember:
- I cannot push myself.
- I need to take charcoal capsules before exercise to absorb the released toxins.
